UPDATE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE READY TO BE SHIPPED & ITEMS THAT ARE MADE TO ORDER DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. ITEMS MADE TO ORDER WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK FOR DELIVERY & 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM DEPENDING ON DELAYS. 

If you order an item that is made-to-order & the payment has been processed you have 3 days to notify us of cancellation as we have to start making the product.

FALSE CHARGEBACKS WILL RESULT A CIVIL SUIT PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE COMMITTING MAIL THEFT!

 

Tracking?

Once your item has been packaged and shipped you will received an email right away with the tracking. Delivery is based on the delivery option you choose of.

 

How do I return an item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the reason being: Defective you may receive a refund/exchange. There will not be any refunds for any other reason as all sales are FINAL. Should you find any item to be defective or damaged, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to the delivery address provided for the order within 10 days after receiving the package. Although we check all merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipping it out, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and meets their expectations. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items with their tags detached or missing will not be refunded.

Please know your ring size & use size chart before making a purchase. We are not currently accepting returns.

I never received my item?

Do you provide International shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. 

 

What are the delivery options? 

USPS first class package : 5-8 business days Canada: 6-10 business days and 3-4 business days. Please be mindful of delays. Please do not count weekends as a business day
